Ambulance Fee Schedule 2024. The official medical fee schedule (omfs) is promulgated by the dwc administrative director under labor code section 5307.1 and can be found in sections 9789.10 et seq. The fee schedule applies to all ambulance services, including volunteer, municipal, private, independent, and institutional providers, hospitals, critical access hospitals (except when it is the only ambulance service within 35 miles), and skilled nursing facilities.
